Stonebwoy Shuts Down Accra Sports Stadium for BHIM Festival 10

The 10th-anniversary edition of Stonebwoy’s BHIM Festival has solidified its place as a cornerstone of Ghana’s festive season. Held at the Accra Sports Stadium on December 24, 2025, the event drew a massive crowd of over 40,000 fans who gathered to celebrate a decade of "A Decade of BHIM." The night was a masterclass in production and stagecraft, reinforcing Stonebwoy’s position as a global ambassador for Afro-dancehall.

The highlights of the evening included high-profile collaborations that bridged the gap between West Africa and the world. Nigerian Afrobeats icon Mr. P (Peter Okoye) made a surprise appearance, praising Stonebwoy’s work ethic and humility before delivering an energetic joint performance. Jamaican reggae legend Fantan Mojah also graced the stage, describing his visit to Ghana as a "spiritual homecoming" and delivering a set that resonated deeply with the stadium’s reggae-loving audience.

Beyond the music, the festival maintained its "Green Stage" initiative, with organizers committing to planting one tree for every ticket sold. This commitment to environmental impact added a layer of purpose to the high-energy performances from a lineup that included Cina Soul, King Jerry, and several emerging talents. Stonebwoy’s ability to blend local Highlife and Afro-Dancehall with global sounds left the audience with a world-class experience befitting a 10-year milestone.

As the echoes of the BHIM Festival fade, the focus now turns to Christmas Day festivities, including Sarkodie’s Rapperholic and Christmas with Joe Mettle. However, for many, the 2025 BHIM Festival will remain the definitive high point of this year’s "Detty December" celebrations.
